Vinegar Face Mask
They say that Helen of Troy used vinegar in her skincare routine, but we don’t have a sure way to prove that. However, numerous health benefits of vinegar are proven by science. Its positive effects on the skin have to do with the product’s antibacterial properties that help fight acne and soothe irritations.
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of water
Simply apply the mixture to your face with a sponge and let dry. You can wash your face with lukewarm water in about 20 minutes if the feeling is uncomfortably sticky, but it’s not necessary. You can also use a diluted solution (2 cups water per 1 tablespoon vinegar) as a toner. Store it in the fridge.
